I can’t believe how much I have grown this year, and I don’t mean 2 inches. I have become someone I never knew I was capable of being, and have gained so much from the experience of being a state officer. Gail, Brittnie, Alyssa, and Jess, you are some of the most amazing people I know, and I’d like to thank all of you for such a great year. You aren’t only awesome state officers, but really good friends. Mr. Schmizzle, I want to thank you for being such a crazy and fun coordinator and for pushing me to give and be my best. Dawn, thank you so much for “encouraging” me to run for state office. If you wouldn’t have tried so hard, I wouldn’t have ran, and I would have missed out on so many amazing opportunities, I really appreciate it. Jillian, it’s been an interesting year, but one thing’s for sure, you’ve been there from the beginning to listen to me complain and help me out when things got complicated, you’re an awesome friend and I would have lost my head without you, thank you for everything. FCCLA wouldn’t be possible without all the amazing advisers, and I want to thank you Mrs. Nasson for being such an awesome adviser this year. I’ve had such a blast with you on all the trips and you’ve really brought something great to our chapter. You’re not only an adviser and teacher, you’re a really good friend and I want to thank you for all your time and dedication you have put into FCCLA this year. To all my friends, thank you for being the awesome, fun loving people you are, I wouldn’t trade you for anything. Mom and Dad, thank you for everything you’ve ever done for me, you’re the best parents a kid could ask for. Everything I am is because of you and I love you both very much. Also, thank you to my family, teachers and friends who have supported me, I greatly appreciate it. Thank you to all FCCLA members for all your contributions and hard work, if it weren’t for you, there wouldn’t be an FCCLA. All great things come to an end, but this is just the beginning.
